Our design studio is in Winter Park, so most Seminole County appointments are a fifteen-minute drive. It’s where we’ve done the most work. The acre lots along Markham Woods Road and the gated streets of Heathrow, Heathrow Woods, and Alaqua Lakes. And the Oviedo and Winter Springs subdivisions built in the 1990s, where the original wire shelving is finally letting go.

Custom Closets in Orange County, FL
Orange County is really two different jobs. In Winter Park, Maitland, and College Park we’re rebuilding closets in homes from the 1950s to the 80s, where a reach-in runs five or six feet and every inch has to work. In Horizon West and Lake Nona we’re replacing builder-grade wire in houses under five years old, from Lennar, Taylor Morrison, Toll Brothers, Pulte, and M/I Homes, ideally before the anchors pull out of the drywall. East Orlando, from Alafaya to Avalon Park and Waterford Lakes, is 2000s master-planned streets where that wire is due. Baldwin Park and the downtown condo towers add building paperwork. We handle it.

Custom Closets in Lake County, FL
South Lake is the fastest-growing corner of our territory. Clermont, Minneola, and Groveland are new-construction country: the same wire-and-anchor closets, just with taller ceilings and more of them. Montverde and Bella Collina are custom estates with rooms that need a designer rather than a catalog. Mount Dora and Howey-in-the-Hills lean older, and more particular about finish. Plan on about forty-five minutes from Winter Park, and no travel charge.

Celebration has the strictest architectural review in Central Florida, and none of it applies to closets: the work is interior, so there’s nothing to submit. Reunion and ChampionsGate are second homes and rentals, where owners want the closet done in one visit while they’re in town, so we schedule around your flight. St. Cloud, Harmony, Sunbridge, and Tohoqua are new builds from Lennar and D.R. Horton. In Kissimmee, Bellalago and the lakefront streets are the ones worth the drive.

Do you charge a travel fee in Lake or Osceola County?
No. Anywhere in Orange, Seminole, Lake, or Osceola is included in the free in-home design. Clermont and Celebration are about forty-five minutes from Winter Park, and we group those appointments by day so nobody waits.
Do you replace the builder's wire shelving in new construction?
It’s the single most common job we do in Horizon West, Lake Nona, St. Cloud, and Clermont. We take the wire and the plastic anchors down, patch what we can, and haul it away on installation day. The new system anchors into the studs, not the drywall.
Do I need HOA or architectural approval for a closet in Celebration or Baldwin Park?
No. Architectural review in those communities covers what’s visible from outside, and a closet is interior work. In downtown condo towers the building itself may want a certificate of insurance and an elevator reservation. We provide both.
Do you work outside the four counties, like Volusia or Brevard?
No. We keep to Orange, Seminole, Lake, and Osceola on purpose, so every job gets the same crew and the same one-day installation. If you’re right on the county line, call and we’ll tell you straight before you book.
How far ahead should I book if I'm in a second home for a few weeks?
Design to installation runs four to five weeks, and the installation itself is one day. If you’re in Reunion or ChampionsGate on a set schedule, tell us the dates at the first call and we’ll plan the install for while you’re here.
