Yes. Townhome and condo closets in Celebration are usually 5 to 6 feet wide, and the gains come from going vertical: double-hang, a drawer tower instead of a dresser, and shelving that runs to the ceiling. Everything fits behind the existing doors, and the work stays inside your unit.
Yes. In the villages the closets come with wire shelving on drywall anchors, a fair starting point that was meant to be upgraded. We remove it, patch and paint, and install a system anchored into studs. Most homes are done in a day. The old shelving goes with us.
No. Since July 2024, Florida law (HB 1203) stops HOAs from regulating interior changes that aren’t visible from the street, a neighbor’s lot or a common area. A closet system is inside your home, so no architectural review is needed in Celebration Village, East Village or any other Celebration community.
Yes. The estate homes usually have primary closets 9 to 14 feet wide, which is enough for a center island with drawers on both sides and still leaves room to walk. We split the room by section, add a hutch, a shoe wall and glass-front cabinets where you want them. You’ll see it in the 3D design before anything is built.
Yes, and in Celebration we usually do. Most plans have three to five bedrooms, so we design the primary walk-in and the kids’ reach-ins together: low rods now, adjustable so the closet grows with them, and drawers so the dresser can go. One design visit, one installation.
Four to five weeks from the day you approve the design. Installation itself usually takes a day; whole-home projects may need a second visit. The in-home design visit is about an hour and you’ll usually have the 3D design and pricing within a few days of it.
A reach-in starts around $1,500 installed. Most walk-ins with drawers and premium finishes land between $5,000 and $15,000, and whole-home projects with the primary, kids’ rooms, pantry and garage run $15,000 to $30,000 and up. You get the exact price with the 3D design, before anything is built.
