I’m an industrial engineer. I ran my family’s employee assistance business for ten years before I started this one, and I came to closets sideways, through window treatments, which is still my second company.
Here’s what changed things. Once you’ve been inside several hundred homes, you stop seeing closets and start seeing the same five mistakes on repeat. A rod hung at 60 inches in a room with nine-foot ceilings. Wire shelving anchored into drywall, already sagging. Shoes on the floor because nobody planned for shoes. Closets that were technically fine and didn’t fit anyone’s actual life.
So I went back to school for it. I finished the interior design program at the New York Institute of Art and Design, and I’m working toward my RIDQC certification now. Not because a closet needs a diploma. Because I got tired of guessing.
I still run most of the design consultations myself, and I’m at the installations.

What 600 closets taught us about yours
We’re a small company in a market full of national franchises. What we have instead of a marketing budget is what you learn after opening six hundred closets in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Lake counties. Three things come up in almost every house.
Your builder's wire shelving is going to fail
In most new construction around Orlando, the shelf in your closet is coated wire held to drywall with plastic anchors. Load it with a winter coat run and the anchors work loose. We’ve pulled out shelving hanging at an angle in houses under five years old. It isn’t a defect. It’s what that hardware does under weight, and it’s the single most common reason people call us.
All of it fits. It always fits.
Before we install, your clothes end up spread across the house, on the guest bed, the dining table, three laundry baskets. Every client looks at that pile and asks the same question. After 600 installations, the answer hasn’t changed once. It fits, and there’s room left over. You don’t own too much. You were storing it in a room with one rod and a lot of dead air above it.
You don't have a discipline problem
Your closet is full and nothing works. That isn’t a character flaw, and it doesn’t get fixed by buying bins. It’s a layout problem. Double-hang where you keep short items, drawers where you fold, storage that runs to the ceiling instead of stopping at six feet. Change the layout and staying organized stops taking willpower you don’t have time for.
We don't play the upgrade game
Some closet companies quote a low number, then charge you for the parts that make a system last: soft-close hardware, thicker shelving, edge banding rated for Florida humidity. Those are our starting point, not a line item you discover at signing.
It’s also why we publish numbers instead of hiding them behind a consultation. You’ll know whether we’re in your range before anyone sets foot in your house.
One piece of advice, even if you hire someone else: when you compare two quotes, ask for the specification sheet, not just the total. Two identical prices almost never include the same materials.
Four to five weeks. One day of your time.
Most companies quote you the installation day and let you assume that’s the whole schedule. Some companies in Orlando quote six to eight weeks. A few promise three. We’d rather tell you five and hit it.

Five questions to ask before you sign with anyone
Closet quotes are hard to compare because the totals look alike and the contents don’t. Ask every company you talk to these five. Then hold them to the answers.
01. Who is physically doing the installation, your crew or a subcontractor?
Our own crew. The same people build for us every week, which is why installation takes one day instead of three. Nobody gets subcontracted into your house.
02. What's included in the standard specification, and what counts as an upgrade?
Soft-close hardware, full-extension drawer slides, and edge banding rated for Florida humidity are standard. The only things we quote separately are accessories: valet rods, jewelry trays, LED lighting, glass doors. Ask any company for the specification sheet, not just the total.
03. What's the full timeline, not just the installation day?
Four to five weeks from signing to installed. The installation itself is one day. Some companies in Orlando quote six to eight weeks and let you discover that after you’ve signed.
04. Does the warranty cover hardware and drawer slides, or only the panels?
Hardware and panels, for life. Read this one closely wherever you shop. A warranty that covers the boxes but not the slides is covering the part that doesn’t fail.
05. Will the person who designed it be there on installation day?
Usually, yes. Rocio runs most of the design consultations herself and is there for the installations. If a measurement needs a judgment call, the person who drew it is standing in the room.
Ask every company you talk to the same five, then compare the answers side by side. Ours don’t change between the sales call and the install.
