Yes, and it’s the most common job we do in Magnolia Plantation. The wire shelving on drywall anchors is a fair starting point, and it was meant to be upgraded. We remove it, patch and paint, and install a system anchored into studs. Most homes are done in a day. The old shelving goes with us.
No. Since July 2024, Florida law (HB 1203) stops HOAs from regulating interior changes that aren’t visible from the street, a neighbor’s lot or a common area. A closet system is inside your home, so no architectural review is needed. We do coordinate access with the guard gate before every visit.
We send you the names and the vehicle in advance so you can call them in to the gate, or we coordinate directly with the guard house if you prefer. The installation crew arrives together in the morning, and we confirm the day before.
Often, yes. Many Magnolia Plantation primary closets are 9 to 12 feet wide, which is enough for a center island with drawers on both sides and still leaves room to walk.
