Yes. Closets in the older homes around Main Street and Lake Dora are narrower, doors are smaller and walls aren’t always square. Because each panel is cut to your closet’s measurements, the system fits without shims and gaps. We also anchor into studs, which matters more in older walls.
Yes. In Royal Harbor, Etowah and the communities along State Road 19 the closets come with wire shelving on drywall anchors, a fair starting point that was meant to be upgraded. We remove it, patch and paint, and install a system anchored into studs. Most homes are done in a day. The old shelving goes with us.
No. Since July 2024, Florida law (HB 1203) stops HOAs from regulating interior changes that aren’t visible from the street, a neighbor’s lot or a common area. A closet system is inside your home, so no architectural review is needed in Royal Harbor, Etowah or any other Tavares community.
Yes. The one-story plans in Royal Harbor usually have a primary walk-in 7 to 10 feet wide, and we design it for two people who want everything within reach: double-hang at a comfortable height, a drawer tower so the dresser can go, a shoe wall by the door, and shelving that runs to the ceiling for off-season clothes. You’ll see it in the 3D design before anything is built.
