Yes. Closets in Winter Park’s bungalows are narrower, doors are smaller and walls aren’t always square. Because each panel is cut to your closet’s measurements, the system fits without shims and gaps. We also anchor into studs, which matters more in older walls.
Yes. The lakefront homes in Windsong and along Interlachen Avenue and Via Tuscany usually have primary closets 9 to 14 feet wide, which is enough for a center island with drawers on both sides and still leaves room to walk. We split the room by section, add a hutch, a shoe wall and glass-front cabinets where you want them. You’ll see it in the 3D design before anything is built.
Yes. Condo closets around Hannibal Square, Lake Killarney and Winter Park Village are usually 5 to 6 feet wide, and the gains come from going vertical: double-hang, a drawer tower instead of a dresser, and shelving that runs to the ceiling. The work stays inside your unit and doesn’t touch plumbing, electrical or shared walls. If your building asks for proof of insurance for contractors, we provide it.
No. Since July 2024, Florida law (HB 1203) stops HOAs from regulating interior changes that aren’t visible from the street, a neighbor’s lot or a common area. A closet system is inside your home, so no architectural review is needed in Windsong, Winter Park Pines or any other Winter Park community.
Four to five weeks from the day you approve the design. Installation itself usually takes a day; a full dressing room may need a second visit. The in-home design visit is about an hour and you’ll usually have the 3D design and pricing within a few days of it.
